Purpose and data
We manage private beta applications and related contact. We collect name, company, email, country, sector, interests, comments, language and application date.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent when submitting the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw it at any time.
Providers and retention
Cloudflare provides hosting, database and form security. Data is kept while the application is handled and during beta follow-up; a definitive retention period must be set before launch. Data is not sold.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). privacy@horizonaware.eu. AEPD.
